D. Seamus Kaskela

D. Seamus Kaskela has represented investors in securities fraud actions, corporate governance matters, and mergers & acquisition litigation for nearly two decades.
Immediately after graduating law school, Mr. Kaskela practiced law with a large Philadelphia area plaintiff’s litigation firm for over a decade, focusing primarily on investor protection issues. In 2018, Mr. Kaskela formed Kaskela Law with the intention to provide investors with a more personable, client-focused litigation practice experience. Since forming the firm, Mr. Kaskela has personally assisted investors in the recovery of over $500 million and has helped to achieve significant corporate governance reforms at dozens of publicly traded companies.

Mr. Kaskela is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University (Bachelor of Science – Sociology), The Pennsylvania State University (Master of Business Administration), and Rutgers Law School (Juris Doctor). Postgraduate, Mr. Kaskela also earned a Business Law Certificate from Cornell University.

Mr. Kaskela is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, and represents investors nationwide, including in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Adrienne Bell joined Kaskela Law in 2022 after practicing law at one of country’s largest shareholder class action litigation firms for more than a decade. Ms. Bell concentrates her practice in the areas of securities fraud, corporate governance, and merger and acquisition litigation, through which she has helped to achieve substantial financial recoveries for investors and driven significant corporate governance reforms for the benefit of shareholders.

Ms. Bell is a graduate of New York University (Bachelor of Music, Theory and Composition, magna cum laude) and Brooklyn Law School (Juris Doctor).

Ms. Bell is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and represents investors nationwide, including in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
